HESSOPAS® KT-200 Passivierung – wärmestabile, Cr6+-freie Beschichtung für verzinkte Schrauben und Muttern mit zuverlässigem Korrosionsschutz bis 240 °C und irisierendem Farbton.

The temperable / heat-stable passivation

HESSOPAS®  KT-200

HESSOPAS® KT-200 – temperature-resistant, chromium VI-free passivation for zinc and zinc alloys. Corrosion protection up to 240°C, blue-green-reddish iridescent appearance.

Features / Benefits:

  • Liquid concentrate without Cr 6+​

  • Temperature resistance / heat stability of 120 °C over 24 hours (corrosion protection is maintained)

  • 240 °C for 3 hours with a slight reduction in corrosion protection, without any change in colour.

  • Colour: Blue- Green- Reddish Iridescent

HESSOPAS® AT

HESSOPAS® AT – universal, chromium-VI-free passivation for zinc and zinc-nickel. Temperature-resistant up to 240°C, versatile in application, with optimal corrosion protection.

Features / Benefits:

  • Free of Chrome-6​

  • Temperature resistance / heat stability of 120 °C over 24 hours (corrosion protection is maintained)

  • 240 °C for 3 hours with a slight reduction in corrosion protection, without any change in colour.

  • One passivation, many applications:
    On Zn: thick layer, transparent, blue
    On ZnNi: Silver - Transparent

HESSOPAS® BP-400 / BP-410 – Chromium VI-free, transparent blue passivation for zinc and zinc-nickel coatings. High corrosion protection, easy application at room temperature.

  • Colour: Transparent Blue

  • High corrosion protection

  • Works at room temperature up to 40°C

  • For cyanide, cyanide-free and acidic zinc layer; also suitable for ZnNi layers

HESSOPAS® Black 100 Schwarzpassivierung – Cr6+-freie, gleichmäßig tiefschwarze Oberfläche mit mittlerem Korrosionsschutz für verzinkte Schrauben.

Deep-black passivated zinc screws coated with HESSOPAS® Black 100, a chrome-6-free black passivation process for zinc coatings providing uniform coloration and reliable performance at room temperature.

  • Liquid concentrate without Cr 6+​

  • Uniformly deep black coloring

  • Medium corrosion protection (subsequent sealing recommended)

  • Works at room temperature

HESSOPAS® Black 100

Simply black for zinc

Deep-black passivated gear demonstrating HESSOPAS® Noire – a chrome-6-free, sustainable passivation for Zn and ZnNi coatings, operating efficiently at room temperature.

Features / Benefits:

  • Deep black passivation layer

  • Sustainable, REACh-compliant formulation: free of chromium(VI) and silver nitrate

  • Future-proof: cobalt-, PFOS- and PFAS-free formulation

  • Economical in use: operates reliably at pH 2 with extremely low layer removal

  • Energy-efficient: process run at room temperature

  • Universally applicable and process-safe: suitable for both rack and barrel applications, as well as for acidic and alkaline ZnNi layers
