The temperable / heat-stable passivation
HESSOPAS® KT-200

Features / Benefits:
- Liquid concentrate without Cr 6+
- Temperature resistance / heat stability of 120 °C over 24 hours (corrosion protection is maintained)
- 240 °C for 3 hours with a slight reduction in corrosion protection, without any change in colour.
- Colour: Blue- Green- Reddish Iridescent

One for almost everything...
HESSOPAS® AT

Features / Benefits:
- Free of Chrome-6
- Temperature resistance / heat stability of 120 °C over 24 hours (corrosion protection is maintained)
- 240 °C for 3 hours with a slight reduction in corrosion protection, without any change in colour.
- One passivation, many applications:
On Zn: thick layer, transparent, blue
On ZnNi: Silver - Transparent
HESSOPAS® AT
Passivation for almost all cases

If it should be blue...
HESSOPAS® BP-400 / BP410

Features / Benefits:
- Liquid concentrate without Cr 6+
- Colour: Transparent Blue
- High corrosion protection
- Works at room temperature up to 40°C
- For cyanide, cyanide-free and acidic zinc layer; also suitable for ZnNi layers

Simply Blue

If it should be black...
HESSOPAS® Black 100 & HESSOPAS® Noire

Features / Benefits:
- Liquid concentrate without Cr 6+
- Uniformly deep black coloring
- Medium corrosion protection (subsequent sealing recommended)
- Works at room temperature
HESSOPAS® Black 100
Simply black for zinc

Features / Benefits:
- Deep black passivation layer
- Sustainable, REACh-compliant formulation: free of chromium(VI) and silver nitrate
- Future-proof: cobalt-, PFOS- and PFAS-free formulation
- Economical in use: operates reliably at pH 2 with extremely low layer removal
- Energy-efficient: process run at room temperature
- Universally applicable and process-safe: suitable for both rack and barrel applications, as well as for acidic and alkaline ZnNi layers
